Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Krive.xyz and its related editors, viewers, hosted artifacts, application programming interfaces, and Model Context Protocol services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Krive lets people and software agents create, encode, validate, revise, publish, and view portable content and agent artifacts. Some content is contained directly in a URL. Hosted artifacts may be stored as immutable, content-addressed public records.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and agent tokens and for activity performed with them.

Krive accounts use passwordless email links. An account is created only after you confirm control of the email address and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You may choose an optional public display name; your email address is not public. Keep sign-in links private and sign out of devices you no longer control.

3. Your content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Krive the limited rights needed to host, reproduce, transmit, validate, render, and make that content available as directed by you. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

URL capsules may expose their content to anyone who receives or records the URL. Public hosted artifacts are designed to be immutable and publicly retrievable. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated information, or personal information that should not be public.

Deleting an account removes private account, library, attribution, session, and automation data associated with that account. It does not delete or change public artifacts: their existing public URLs remain operational without account attribution.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

5. Agents and API access

You are responsible for the agents you connect to the Service. Agent authentication identifies a credential and its technical scopes; it does not establish legal identity, human consent, or authority to act. Use least-privilege credentials and maintain appropriate human review for consequential operations.

6. Availability and changes

The Service may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Features may be experimental. We may impose reasonable limits to protect users and infrastructure. We do not guarantee that URL capsules, external dependencies, or hosted records will remain available indefinitely unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Third-party content and services

The Service may display user content, run restricted content in sandboxed viewers, or link to third-party services. Krive does not control or endorse third-party content. Exercise care before opening links, entering credentials, or taking action based on an artifact.

Krive uses AgentMail to deliver authentication and requested account emails. Krive may use a dedicated n8n instance to process user-approved automation actions. Capsules cannot select email recipients; the first email action sends only to the verified address on the signed-in account after a separate Krive confirmation.

8. Suspension and removal

We may restrict access, revoke credentials, block content, or suspend use when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms. Content-addressed systems may make alteration or deletion technically limited, but access paths may be restricted where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or security. Krive does not warrant agent output or user-submitted content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krive and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
